启闭机闸门的安装、调试、操作  
1. 先安装的前提条件是:闸门孔中心应与启闭机螺杆预留孔保持铅垂,孔口周围的钢板应保持平整,保证在同一平面。 
2. 必须具备的工具有:活板手、电焊机(包括电源)、氧割、汽吊及吊装工具等辅助工具。  
3. 闸门具体安装方法为,先将闸门孔与预留孔对齐,并保证两导轨铅垂的,然后再进行焊接(土建预埋钢板与闸门底部钢板间断焊接),焊接好后闸门的四周再进行二次浇注,不能留有间隙,但也不能影响到闸门的开启。 
4.螺杆及启闭机的安装方法:先应先将螺杆从启闭机预留洞口放至闸门吊耳位置,将螺杆下端与闸门门板的吊耳联接(销轴联接),然后将启闭机底座与电动装置分离(将联接螺栓松开)取出启闭机底座的螺母套,接下来将启闭机底座从螺杆上端套入,装入螺母至启闭机底座,调整机座及螺杆与闸门的垂直位置(必须与闸门轴心调整到同一直线上),接下来装上电动装置(将联接螺栓紧固),再将启闭机座上的连接钢板与预埋板焊接,即完成闸门及启闭机、螺杆的安装。
5. 试验:安装好后启闭2-3次,检查启闭时是否灵活可靠。
注意事项及维护 
1) 设备在运行过程中如需维修或更换另部件时应注意在绝对通风的前提下检修人员必须系好安全带,带上防毒面具方能进行维修(特别在维修污水井设备时),确保维修人员的安全。  
2) 闸门必须按工艺流程来使用,需要将闸门关闭检修设备时,请检测泄漏量确保安全;需要全开运行时,检测过水量确保闸门全开。 
3) 运行过程中,严禁非工作人员擅自改动限位及线路。  
4) 启闭机应经常检查并加注润滑脂;闸门长时间运行,在操作过程中发现启闭机发出异响,请立即停止操作;如果闸门关闭后漏水严重,需检查闸门底部是否有东西卡住,清理后方可继续操作。

The precondition for installation is that the center of gate hole should be vertical with the reserved hole of screw of hoist, and the steel plate around the hole should be flat to ensure the same plane. 2. The necessary tools are: movable board hand, electric welding machine (including power supply), oxygen cutting, steam hoisting and hoisting tools and other auxiliary tools. 3. The specific installation method of the gate is to align the gate hole with the reserved hole and ensure that the two guideways are vertical, then weld (the pre-embedded steel plate in civil engineering and the steel plate in the bottom of the gate are intermittently welded), and then pour twice around the gate after welding, so that no gap can be left, but it can not affect the opening of the gate. 4. Installation method of screw and hoist: first, the screw should be placed from the reserved hole of hoist to the hoist of gate, the lower end of screw should be connected with the hoist of gate plate (pin shaft connection), then the base of hoist and electric device should be separated (connection bolt is loosened) and the nut sleeve of hoist base should be removed, and then the hoist will be hoisted. The shut-down base is inserted from the upper end of the screw, loaded with nuts to the base of the hoist, and the vertical position of the base and the screw and the gate is adjusted (must be adjusted to the same straight line with the axis of the gate). Next, an electric device is installed (fastening the connecting bolt). Then, the connecting plate and the embedded plate on the hoist base are welded, that is, the gate is completed. And the installation of hoist and screw. 5. Test: 2-3 times after installation, check whether the opening and closing is flexible and reliable. Notes and Maintenance 1) When the equipment needs to be repaired or replaced in the course of operation, it should be noted that under the premise of absolute ventilation, the maintenance personnel must wear safety belts and gas masks to carry out maintenance (especially in the maintenance of sewage well equipment), so as to ensure the safety of maintenance personnel. 2) The gate must be used according to the technological process. When the gate needs to be shut down and repaired, please check the leakage to ensure safety; when the gate needs to be fully open, check the excess water to ensure that the gate is fully open. 3) In the course of operation, it is strictly forbidden for non-staff members to alter the limits and lines without authorization. 4) The hoist should be checked and greased regularly; when the gate runs for a long time and abnormal noise is found during operation, stop operation immediately; if the water leakage is serious after the gate closes, check whether something is stuck at the bottom of the gate, and then continue operation after cleaning.
